Finally a post with a bit of uplifting news… we’re accepting online orders again.
With some thought (and a lot of pleas from customers to please continue deliveries!) we have come up with a solution to accepting orders that require the minimum possible ‘manpower’, which is all we currently have available. In the hands of the family (owners of the business), some volunteers such as college students, and external delivery drivers/couriers helping us to get the orders to where they need to go, we can take online orders once again. We don’t have staff available to man phones and take queries and orders this way so please keep communications online where possible – ideally directly through the website, or if you need to, via [email protected].
We’re working hard to bump up availability online, particularly seasonal buys like bedding/patio plants, aimed specifically at the local TR (cornwall market) only, but this will take a bit of time so if you don’t see anything that catches your eye straight away, do check back again soon for updates.
A flat rate £7 delivery charge will be added to every online order to try and recoup some of our own costs. This is inkeeping with our usual, most local delivery rate (delivery to Helston).
