Less than three weeks to go until the second annual Garden Truro event, and this one is set to be BIGGER and BETTER than the last! This event brings a taste of Chelsea or Hampton Court Flower Show to Lemon Quay for four days only! From Wednesday 10th July – Saturday 13th July garden experts will descend on the quay to celebrate Truro’s green fingers and green spaces.
The success of last year’s ‘pilot event’ of which we were proud to be a part, coincided with Truro in Bloom judging – and is set to do the same again this year.
A gardening festival with more exhibitors, a greater range of garden related stands and more garden experts on hand, can only mean a greater celebration of our wonderful gardens this year. All we need is the sun to shine (last year we were on the verge of floods!) and we’re set for a fantastic few days! We’ll be creating an impressive (we hope!) flower display on the quay, and will be ready to meet lots of new gardening enthusiasts who have perhaps never made the half hour trip from Truro to our nursery. Always keen to see familiar faces too – please pop along and say hello if you have a spare couple of hours; and be sure to take oodles of inspiration home with you to your own garden this summer!
