In case you missed it on our social media around Easter… our Children’s Animal Hunt is BACK!
New animals, new hiding places but the same rules!… Pick up a form in the shop, find 10 hidden animals around the garden centre, record them on the form provided, and when complete, return the form to the shop to claim a plant prize, which is currently a lovely compact sunflower plant, to help create a cheery summer in the garden!
Our Animal Hunt offers some FREE fun for the children while the grown-ups make those all important plant choices and purchasing decisions! Or, just offers a lovely safe way to entertain the children for a little while, in lovely surroundings but without the high price-tag attached to many local ‘days out’ or children’s activities!
The Garden Kitchen Cafe is also finally able to welcome guests again, in its lovely outdoor dining area, the vast majority of which is situated undercover for when the weather throws a curve-ball at us! Good excuse to treat the children to a snack or a drink – and takeaway is still available if you don’t fancy taking a seat.
The hunt will be running until at least the end of the summer too so plenty of time to get involved whenever you may next be visiting!
