Autumn at Trevena Cross:
- Spring flowering bulbs are available for those wow-factor spring displays next year. From daffodils to tulips, crocus to hyacinth, there are plenty of options, and offers to take advantage of too, with promo packs of 3 for £12 on selected marked bulbs.
- Our very first Pumpkin patch is in full swing starting from the 4th October. Step into a walk-around autumn experience filled with scarecrows, hay bales, photo opportunities and fun competitions. From 11th October, every weekend (and on Halloween Friday 31st), families can enjoy face painting between 10:30am–4pm. And don’t forget to stop by our on-site Palm Tree Bistro, where you’ll find seasonal treats including pumpkin spiced lattes, toffee apples and plenty more sweet delights.
- Viola and Pansy packs are on offer – 3 for £10 – making them just 42p per plant! These packs join other autumn-winter colour such as cyclamen, in packs and pots, and also convenient, ready planted, containers, hanging baskets, hanging pots and window boxes, all freshly planted up in the nursery!
- Winter colour and interest can be found in shrubs across the centre, and believe it or not conifers are proving to be the star of the show at the moment in a very classy display near the back entrance to the shop. They are proving that wow factor doesn’t always have to come from bright showy blooms – the contrasting but also complementary foliage on these shrubs is making a statement in its own right #NoFlowersNeeded
- Plant benches outside the front of the shop are still brimming with changing half price plant specials – a real opportunity to get autumn planting with some bargain buys.
- Low maintenance succulent planters offer a striking focal point that’s convenient too.
- A huge range of great quality frost proof pots from Woodlodge are on offer, to assist with your autumn planting needs.
- It may seem odd to mention garden furniture at this time of year but we have a few great offers in the outdoor living section too, and our garden furniture is made to last, so plenty of time to make the most of it from next spring onwards… grab the bargain while it’s here!
- Finally… Christmas is making it’s way into the shop, with lights, decorations and gifts ready to give you that first festive feeling! Have a wander round next time you visit!
