It’s just two weeks to go until the inaugural ‘Garden Truro’ event begins (11th-14th July) and we’re really looking forward to being a part of it – joining in the celebration of all things gardening with the people of Truro and those visiting from elsewhere in Cornwall.
As well as offering the opportunity for garden experts and enthusiasts from a number of businesses and spheres to come together to offer gardening advice, support and ideas to the Cornish community, it is also a chance for people to learn more about the wonderful nurseries, garden centres and other gardening institutions that acually exist in thier county!
It goes without saying, that for us, being located in this beautiful, far-west point of Cornwall, just a mile from the sea has its advantages, but it can also sometimes be a bit of a barrier to homes and gardens outside of the Helston and Penzance area. It will be great to meet passionate gardeners from the Truro and surrounding areas, and give them an insight to Trevena Cross – which some most likely, will never even have heard of, despite being only a few extra miles down the road!
A chance for us to take Trevena Cross to Truro… and we can’t wait! If you’re coming along (which you should!) please pop by and say hello!
