The grow your own range available at Trevena Cross is vast and always tempting – especially in the spring season when vast quantities of veg packs, tomato, pepper, chilli, cucumber and various other veg plants make the journey from nursery to garden centre for customers to feast on! Everything is grown on site, and the varieties specially selected by garden centre and nursery owner, Graham, based on what’s new and highly rated in the horticultural world, as well as Graham’s own personal growing experience. It is common practice for Graham to try out new varieties before growing them on the nursery for customers. If it passes the taste test, disease resistance test and produces good yields of whatever it may be, then that particular variety may make the cut and the garden centre offering!

A year round firm favourite in the grown your own range is always the apple trees. At Trevena Cross we have an extensive range of apple trees for you to choose from.
