A small/dwarf evergreen variety (height 40cm/1.3ft, spread 25cm/10 inches) with beautiful clusters of blue blooms which appear on dark green stems, approximately 30-40cm tall from June to August. Foliage is lush green, strappy and strong - and may require protection during winter/colder months with fleecing, when mulching the rest of the plant may also be considered beneficial. A great one for planting in tubs and containers, but equally likes to get its roots out into a raised bed or mid to front border. It prefers full sun or partial shade in free draining soil or compost.
